I wanted to wait a few weeks before posting what I have to say about the death of Charlie Kirk because I don’t have anything new or profound to say.
While I think that violence is abhorrent, it's hard to be sympathetic for a guy who said that a certain number of deaths due to gun violence is acceptable in order to protect the rights of the 2nd Amendment. I originally thought about posting a simple statement that read: Charlie Kirk deserved to die... CHANGE MY MIND, however I recognize that comments like that are unhelpful and even dangerous. Instead, I'll leave it on this: Sometimes, the flowers arrange themselves.
